House in Modern style with staggered floor
On a slope sloping down to the east. The neighboring buildings are heterogeneously built. From the outside, the building is divided into two volumes: the main building as a cube and a cuboid as an attic above it. In the entrance area, another cuboid was placed in front as a part of the staircase house.
The formal austerity of the building envelope is continued in the interior in the simple and clearly structured floor plans.
