Victoria Agapova Speaking About Her Architectural and Creative Vision
Creativity is a crucial aspect of architecture. As an architect, you are tasked with designing buildings and spaces that not only meet the functional needs of their occupants, but also reflect their aesthetic preferences and cultural values. To do this, you need a strong creative vision and the ability to come up with innovative ideas that transform a concept into a tangible design.
Creativity in architecture requires a combination of imagination, problem-solving skills, and technical knowledge. It requires the ability to think outside the box, challenge conventions, and push boundaries while considering practical constraints such as budgets, building codes, and safety regulations.
Architecture has a significant impact on society, the environment, and the economy. Architects have the power to shape the built environment and influence how people live, work, and interact with each other. They have a responsibility to consider the social, cultural, and environmental impacts of their designs and ensure that they contribute positively to the community. The architect can make a positive impact in several ways. For example, they can design buildings that promote energy efficiency, reduce carbon emissions, and use sustainable materials.
Architecture is a fascinating and dynamic field that offers a wide range of opportunities. My vision is to explore and implement the optimum of design possibilities with our clients. Basically, I try to implement the customer’s wishes in such a way that an optimum is created and that I myself am enthusiastic about the design. A modern architecture reduced to the essentials are my specialty. The saying of Mies van der Rohe „Less is more“ has manifested itself in my creative architectural version.
Mies Van der Rohe a short review:
Because of his opinionated and passionate nature, we now have amazing monumental houses and buildings, such as Barcelona Pavilion, Farnsworth House, S. R. Crown Hall and his famous chairs of Bauhaus design….

In addition to the design, the building material affects the appearance of a structure as it relates to the visual characteristics of the structure. It also affects the durability of the structure. Thus, the character of architecture is determined by the quality-quantity ratio of the building material used. Often there are also regional materials that are commonly found in buildings in a region. The choice of building materials therefore has a great influence on the design.
In addition, there are building code requirements that must be taken into account. Which also have an influence on a building. To combine this to a successful architecture is a challenge. Many architects and civil engineers who did not have a focus on building design and design theory, build rather material-related without exhausting other design possibilities.
As creative architects, we plan a creative and optimal design concept for buildings. For the final touch, we reconsider our planning, checking design and function. We attach importance to everything down to the smallest detail. After all, we want not only a satisfied customer, but also the greatest pleasure from our design itself.
Looking to the future of architecture and its impact on society, we anticipate that technology will continue to have a major influence, but we believe it is imperative to further understand human relationships to the built environment.
There are countless opportunities for architects to advance the profession and respond to the changing needs of our society. We just need to rise to the challenge and believe that we are capable of doing so.
